Week 3 Surf Gallery

Surf Gallery & Stories

Week 3 was LEGENDARY!!

We joke every year that Week 3 is the longest week of the summer. This is because all of the kids and instructors are faced with the first wave of heat exhaustion of the year 😂

This year was different though! There was an unusually high level of energy in EVERYONE, instructors and campers. My surf director and I debrief everyday in order to make adjustments for the next day and on day 2 we were both agreeing that because we have SO MANY kiddos this year, the energy is staying high!!

Man, we are so lucky to get to do this everyday with these kiddos.

Week 3 Surf Gallery has just been uploaded to our gallery website! Follow the link below check out some epic moments from week 3:

Some Special Moments From Week 3:

“THE OUTSIDE BAR IS BREAKING!!”

This was likely the highlight of Week 3, when the outside sandbar started to break for the first time this season. For those of you who are not aware, there are typically 2-3 stages in a sandbar (Sand at the bottom of the water) which makes the waves break or not.

The outside sandbar is so ideal because it caters towards MUCH longer rides as opposed to the inside sandbar right on the shoreline.

Here are some pictures from our outside session!!

Some Seriously Creative Kids!!

Our art group for week 3 was not playing around! We had some amazing focus for this week with kiddos spending extra time and showing high levels of interest in being creative. Here are some pictures from our epic art group:

5 Star Reviews Help us More Than You Realize..

If your kiddo had an awesome experience and you would refer us to another family looking to send their kiddos to a surf camp, we would GREATLY appreciate a google review! As we all know we do a lot of our shopping based off of reviews and online reputation and unfortunately we hear too often that people just didn’t know we even existed! 😮
