Howdy surf camp families,

How are we already headed into week three of summer camp?! Our second week of campers brought the energy and were ready for a week full of non-stop FUN. We had sunny weather and clear skies all week long. The waves are FINALLY the classic summer conditions with waist to stomach high and pure glass!! We’re STOKED!

We had some girl power in our Micro Grom group this week! We love getting to run our Micro Grom program where kiddos between 4-6 get to experience the fun of our main camp on Thursdays and Fridays! It is so fun to watch our Micro Groms move up into our main camp over the years.

Art Day FUN!

This week we had SO MANY little artists! Every week we love watching our camper’s creativity flourish during art day. We are always surprised by the new fun pieces each camper creates! On art day the campers learn about primary colors, the different parts of a painting, and receive guided help to bring their own vision to life. Check out some of this week’s AMAZING final pieces!

We love having a variety of activities for our campers to choose from. Whether they are in free swim, surfing, painting, or playing capture the flop we want to ensure they are having FUN. Over the years we have seen the positive impact that the different outlets of creativity has on each kiddo’s experience.

Seeing our students gain confidence in their understanding and comfortability in the ocean truly is such a rewarding part of our job. Here are some smiles from our happy campers this week!
