Howdy surf camp families,

We are currently on Week 8 out of 10, which means we only have 2 weeks of camp left!!

That is just WILD to us. We’ve had some AMAZING times down at the beach this summer, but it’s not over yet!

Last week, Week 7, we had really good surf conditions for the kiddos to progress their skills in. Needless to say, there are some EPIC surf photos in this gallery!

“The Waves Are PUMPING”!!

All of the kiddos, including the instructors, were so FIRED up on the surf conditions for week 7. It was glassy, close to shore (but not too close), waist to stomach high, and BARRELING!!

Although we didn’t get a photo of it, we had one of the best barrel rides in WSMS CAMP history go down in Week 7.

Micro Grom Squad!!

We seriously just can't get over how special this group of brave happy campers is.

We had a few first timers this week and they were all having a BLAST! Oftentimes in this group we will start them on a boogie board to get comfortable with the movement of the waves and water then progress naturally to a surfboard. We did a lot of that this week!
